effective April 23, 2012.
Due to the clinic closure, we are no longer
able to accept private health insurance nor personal injury
protection (car accident).
We are performing outcall services only
(outcall = We set up a table in your house). All payments are
due at the time of service and scheduling is by appointment only.

additional for distances further than 3 miles from 98107 zip code or
crossing either the 520 or 90 bridge heading East.
